Not bad for the price 11/29/2010
    A customer from Wisconsin

We have a slightly earlier model but I don't see any changes in this one. I'm pretty sure the numbers for body fat, muscle, etc aren't what your real body fat percentage is, but it does definitely let you know whether it's going up or down. It gives you a base line that you can depend on, and if you do your exercises, you can watch your body fat count go down. And that's fun. The only thing I wish it did was let me download its data somehow. That's why it doesn't get the fifth star. I finally started recording it in a spreadsheet so I could see trends. Like what Thanksgiving did to me and how long it took to counter it. Bottom line is, it's been fun and it's helped me stay on track.

    Nice Scale - Accurate 11/28/2010
    Paul from Atlanta, GA

Works well for accurate weighing. Just be sure to wait until the "CAL" goes off the display before stepping onto the scale. Handles weights up to 330 lbs to one decimal place. Not too sure about the body age calculation - says that I am 80 vice my actual age of 49. Body age seems to be more forgiving for females. Overall, this scale is by far better than all the other scales I've purchased from the big box chain retailers.

    Great, accurate scale ! 10/3/2010
    A customer from Milwaukee, WI

This is an excellent scale for anybody who really wants to know what's going on with their health. I had started exercising regularly and over the course of four weeks lost .4 pounds, this scale helped me to realize that I had also lost 4% body fat... so I didn't feel discouraged. I highly suggest it if you want accurate results.

    Good scale 9/12/2010
    Mark from Virginia

Overall a good scale, does everything it claims and setup is pretty simple. The only issue I have is that you have to turn the scale off then back on again if you want to do a second weight. There is no way to reset it to 0 after taking a measurement.

    Is this accurate? 8/24/2010
A customer from San Antonio, Tx

Purchased this thinking I would be able to get a good, accurate bodyfat percentage reading. I've used the Omron handheld at my gym, and it says I have 12% bodyfat. I use this scale and it says 23% +- about 2%. 23%?!! You can see my six pack!! It says my body age is 47 (I'm 33 and workout 6 days a week). Of course my wife loves that feature because it says she's 27(she's 33). I like the fact that it shows your visceral fat and lean tissue, but I don't have anything to compare for accuracy purposes. It's good if you want to have a baseline and go from there as far as improvements and/or regression. For this price, you can't complain too much because you wouldn't get all the features you get in this one, regardless if they're accurate or not.

    Good Scale 4/27/2009

The only reason I am giving it a 4 the two areas is that the RMR is very difficult to obtain... even after following the instructions to the letter.
